1. Who we are

ScholarWing is an independent platform that publishes scholarship guidance and free application tools for
international students. We are not a university, an agency, a consultancy or a government body. Our guides
and tools cost nothing and require no account.

2. What you may do

Read our guides, use the free tools, and keep the documents you generate. Everything a tool produces from
details you entered belongs to you, and you may edit, submit or publish it as you wish, including for
commercial purposes. We claim no ownership over your application documents and no right to use them.

You may quote or reference our guides with credit and a link back to the original page. Short excerpts are
welcome; wholesale copying is not.

3. What you may not do

• Republish our guides, wholly or substantially, on another website, blog or social account, with or
  without attribution
• Scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site, or run automated scripts against our tools
• Resell access to our tools, or present their output as a paid service of your own without doing the
  work yourself
• Reverse-engineer, copy or redistribute the code behind the tools
• Use the site to submit false information in an application, or to impersonate another person or
  institution
• Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems
• Use our name, logo or content in a way that suggests an affiliation, endorsement or partnership that
  does not exist

4. Rules for the free tools

Our document generators run on artificial intelligence and are offered for personal use in your own
applications. Three conditions apply:

• Enter your own details. The tools work from what you type. Entering invented
  qualifications, grades or experience produces a document that misrepresents you, and that risk is
  entirely yours.
• Check the output before you use it. AI writing sometimes adds details nobody supplied.
  Verify every figure, name, date and title against your own records.
• Rewrite it in your own words. Committees screen for AI-written text, and an unedited
  draft can damage an application.

To keep the tools free and available, we limit how many documents one visitor can generate in a given
period. We may adjust that limit, and we may block use that looks automated or abusive.

5. We may change or withdraw the tools

Our tools depend on third-party AI services and on our own capacity to fund them. We may modify a tool,
pause it, or remove it without notice. Generate your document and save a copy — we store no drafts for you
and cannot retrieve anything you did not download.

6. Our content

The guides, written explanations, page designs, graphics and tool interfaces on this site are ours, and
copyright in them remains with ScholarWing. Scholarship names, university names, logos and programme
details belong to their respective organisations, and we refer to them only to describe those programmes.

7. Accuracy and the official source

We research carefully and correct errors when we find them, yet scholarship rules change constantly. Every
deadline, amount and requirement must be confirmed on the provider’s official website before you act on it.
Our Disclaimer sets out the limits of what our content can
do, and forms part of these terms.

8. No guarantee of any outcome

Using this website does not secure admission, funding or a visa. Those decisions rest with universities,
funding bodies and immigration authorities alone.

9. Third-party links and advertising

We link to external websites so you can verify what we publish, and the site may display advertising
served by third-party networks. We do not control either, and we accept no responsibility for their content
or practices. An advertisement is not an endorsement.

10. Privacy

How we handle data is set out in our
Privacy Policy. In short: the tools run without an
account, and the details you type are sent to an AI service to produce your document rather than stored as a
profile of you. Read the policy for the full picture.

11. Liability

We provide this website “as is” and without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by
law, ScholarWing accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from your use of the site or its tools,
including missed deadlines, rejected applications, or decisions taken on the basis of our content.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site grows. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing
to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have
jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Nothing here removes rights you hold under the mandatory
consumer law of your own country.
