ScholarWing publishes scholarship guidance and free application tools for international
students. This page explains plainly what that information is, where it comes from, and what it cannot do
for you. Read it before you rely on anything we publish.
1. We are not affiliated with any university, government or scholarship provider
ScholarWing operates independently. We hold no partnership, sponsorship, agency agreement or official
relationship with any university, embassy, ministry, funding body or scholarship programme described on
this website. Names such as Chevening, DAAD, CSC, MEXT, GKS, Erasmus Mundus, Fulbright and the
universities we write about belong to their respective organisations, and we use them only to describe
the programmes those organisations run.
Nobody at ScholarWing can influence an admission decision, a scholarship decision or a visa decision.
Anyone who tells you otherwise, using our name or any other, is misleading you.
2. Scholarship information changes, and the official source always wins
We research every guide from official programme pages, university websites and government portals, and we
state figures as those sources state them. Deadlines move. Award amounts get revised. Eligibility rules
change between intakes. A programme can close entirely between the day we publish and the day you read.
So treat our guides as a starting point and the official website as the decision-maker. Before you apply,
pay a fee or book a test, confirm every deadline, amount and requirement on the provider’s own page. Where
our information and theirs disagree, theirs is correct.
3. Our free tools produce drafts, not finished documents
Our SOP generator, personal statement generator, CV builder, MOI certificate generator, cover letter
generator, reference letter generator, letter of intent generator and research proposal generator use
artificial intelligence to turn the details you enter into a first draft.
Three things follow from that, and each one matters:
- AI writing sometimes adds details nobody supplied — a date, a figure, a course title, a publication.
Check every sentence against your own records before you submit anything. - A draft is not a submission. Admissions committees screen for AI-written text, and a document you have
not rewritten in your own words can harm your application. - You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you submit. Misrepresentation in an application,
however it got there, falls on the applicant.
The MOI generator produces suggested wording only. A Medium of Instruction certificate carries weight
solely when your own institution issues, signs and stamps it on its letterhead. We cannot issue one, and a
document generated here is not a certificate.
4. We do not guarantee outcomes
Using this website, reading our guides or generating documents with our tools does not improve, secure or
guarantee admission, funding, a visa or any other result. Selection rests entirely with the institutions
and funding bodies concerned, and their criteria are their own.
5. Eligibility checkers and estimates
Where a tool on this site estimates your eligibility, a cost or a timeline, it does so from the
information you enter and from published criteria as we understand them. The result is an indication, not
an assessment. Only the provider can tell you whether you qualify.
6. No professional advice
Nothing on ScholarWing constitutes legal, immigration, financial or career advice. Visa rules,
financial-maintenance requirements and tax treatment vary by country and change frequently. For decisions
that carry legal or financial consequences, consult a qualified professional in the relevant jurisdiction
or the official government authority.
7. External links
We link to universities, ministries, migration agencies and other third-party websites so you can verify
what we write. We do not control those sites, we do not review their content continuously, and we take no
responsibility for what they publish or for how they handle your data. Their terms and privacy policies
apply once you leave ScholarWing.
8. Advertising
This website may display advertising served by third-party networks. Advertisements appear separately
from our editorial content, and their presence does not amount to an endorsement by ScholarWing of any
advertised product, service or organisation. Our guides are written independently of any advertiser.
9. Beware of fraud
ScholarWing never asks any student to pay for a scholarship application, never charges a processing or
security fee, and never requests bank details, card numbers or passwords. Genuine scholarship providers do
not demand payment to release an award. If a message claiming to come from ScholarWing asks you for money
or financial details, it is not from us. Report it to us at the address below and do not reply to it.
10. Limitation of liability
We publish this website in good faith and work hard on its accuracy, yet we provide it “as is”. To the
fullest extent permitted by law, ScholarWing accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from
reliance on its content, from the use of its tools, from missed deadlines, or from any action taken or not
taken on the basis of what we publish.
11. Corrections
Found an error, an expired deadline or an outdated figure? Tell us and we will check it against the
official source and correct it. Accuracy matters more to us than being first.
